Devonshire Street Entrance to Chatsworth Depot Reopens

The road was widened to allow buses to enter without swinging into opposing traffic lanes.

With a final smear of tar brushed along the edges of the driveway, the new entrance to the Chatsworth Train Station reopened on schedule, just before 4:30 p.m. Monday.

Workers removed the barriers at Devonshire Street and Old Depot Plaza Road, loaded them into a truck, and cars and buses began to use the newly expanded entryway.

The road was widened to allow buses to enter without swinging into opposing traffic lanes, according to Metro. Traffic was restricted to the Lassen Street entrance during construction.
