Dickey’s Barbecue Pit Celebrates Grand Opening Friday in Northridge

The first 200 customers will receive a free bottle of barbecue sauce, and between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. pulled pork sandwiches will be $1.

Dickey’s Barbecue Pit in Northridge is throwing a smokin’ hot celebration Friday, September 21. The first 200 customers will receive a free bottle of Dickey’s signature barbecue sauce and everyone stopping by between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. will enjoy Dickey’s famous Pulled Pork Big Barbecue sandwiches for only a dollar!

At 10:30 a.m. the North Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce will have a ribbon cutting ceremony to honor the arrival of the acclaimed fast-casual dining establishment to the Northridge Village location. Participants in the ceremony are expected to include the President and CEO of the North Valley Chamber of Commerce, Wayne Adelstein and representatives from the offices of Councilman Mitchell Englander, Supervisor Michael Antonovich, and Congressman Brad Sherman.

“We’re excited to celebrate with our local community,” said franchise owner Todd Schwartz. “I’m pleased to bring the unique flavors of authentic Texas pit smoked barbecue to the area and the neighborhood has greeted us with a tremendous welcome.”
