Flooding Closes 405/118 Freeway Transition Road
Drivers are advised to expect delays Monday afternoon.
LOS ANGELES, CA — Flooding forced the closure of the connector road from the northbound San Diego (405) Freeway to the westbound Ronald Reagan (118) Freeway Monday afternoon.
Caltrans reported the closure shortly before 3 p.m. Authorities did not say when the road would reopen. Drivers are advised to find alternate routes and expect delays.
