Suspect, Possibly Armed With Knife, Arrested In Northridge

Police arrested a woman they say was chasing a man with a knife near a Northridge intersection.

NORTHRIDGE, CA — A woman is in custody after allegedly chasing a man with a knife at a Northridge intersection, police say.

Los Angeles police responded to a 12:13 p.m. call that a female, possibly armed with a knife, was chasing a man at the intersection of Reseda Boulevard and Nordhoff Street in Northridge, according to Officer Cooper of the LAPD.

The suspect was taken into custody around 12:30, Cooper said. No further information is available about the suspect or the incident. No injuries or street closures have been reported.
