Man Killed In Big Rig Crash Identified

NORTHRIDGE (CNS) - A 22-year-old Sunland man who was killed in a two- vehicle crash involving a big rig that also critically injured a woman in Northridge was identified Friday by authorities.

Paramedics sent to the 18500 block of West Roscoe Boulevard about 6:45 a.m. Thursday pronounced Juan Murillo dead at the scene, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.

A woman was taken to a hospital in critical condition. Both were occupants of the smaller vehicle. The trucker was not hurt.

The circumstances of the crash were under investigation
