The LAPD says one person was arrested, but videos show more.

CHATSWORTH, CA — At least two arrests were made in Chatsworth Wednesday in connection with stolen motorcycles, according to footage taken on the Citizen app.

The incident took place around 12:28 p.m. Wednesday, at the intersection of Oso Avenue and Prairie Street in Chatsworth, according to Officer Tony Im of the Los Angeles Police Department. Im said that backup was requested for a stolen motorcycle, and one suspect was taken into custody.

However, videos uploaded to the Citizen app by bystanders show at least two people in handcuffs. Two motorcycles are shown being towed away near a series of RVs and tents that appears to be an encampment.
