Popular Sandwich Shop To Open In Chatsworth
The Capriotti's chain launches first SF Valley locale. A fan-favorite: "The Bobbie," sub made with turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce.

CHATSWORTH, CA — Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, an East Coast-based chain known for its hand-crafted subs, on Monday, July 29, will open its newest location in Chatsworth at 9171 De Soto Ave. — the first restaurant in the San Fernando Valley
Capriotti's prides itself on a 40-year tradition of making meatballs from scratch and roasting turkey and beef overnight, then hand-pulling the meat the next morning for its specialty sandwiches.
Among menu fan-favorites: "The Bobbie," made with turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing and mayo; "The Capastrami," made with hot pastrami, Swiss cheese, Russian dressing and homemade coleslaw; and "The Cheesesteak," made with either chicken, steak or veggies, melted cheese and hot or sweet peppers.
