Northridge Teen Cut from Fox's 'X-Factor'
Danielle "Danie" Geimer made it to the round of 16 before she was eliminated from the program.
Fifteen-year-old Danielle "Danie" Geimer sang her way to the round of 16 on Fox's X-Factor, but her adventure ended on Tuesday when she was cut from the show, Post-Periodical reports.
The Northridge native, who attends Granada Hills Charter High School, performed Miley Cyrus' "Wrecking Ball" as her last song prior to being eliminated by judge and role model Demi Lovato.
Lovato said Geimer has great vocals, but that her rendition "lacked energy."
