Plaque Honors the Reel Cowboys of Chatsworth

Chatsworth movie historian Jerry England sends word: "When we dissolved the Chatsworth ECHO (Chatsworth Equine Cultural Heritage Organization) in 2009, we donated our remaining funds to the Santa Monica Conservancy for a plaque to honor movie cowboys and their horses in the Garden of the Gods.  It has taken over four years -- and has felt like pushing a rope uphill -- but [finally] the plaque has been installed..."
