Police Capture Fleeing Suspect in Chatsworth Hit-and-Run Crash
20-year-old mother and two children are taken to the hospital.
A 20-year-old mother and her two children were taken to a hospital following a hit-and-run crash on Lassen Street east of Winnetka Avenue in Chatsworth Thursday. They suffered cuts and bruises.
The 2 p.m. crash left a third vehicle leaking gasoline, according to KCAL9 [See video].
The alleged hit-and-run driver was arrested after his damaged vehicle came to a stop a quarter of a mile west of the scene.
