Have you ever seen CHATSWORTH LAKE CHURCH, that cute little white chapel, just past Lenny's BBQ? It's where Plummer turns into Lake Manor Dr. and then becomes Valley Circle. You probably know the one! Well this Sunday, April 8, they are celebrating the POWER OF CAMP where they will be sharing testimonies of the life changing benefits of church camp.
In this case the camp being extoled is CAMP MARANATHA, a Christian camp about 25 miles up the mountains in Idyllwild. It's about a 3 hour drive from these parts and the scenery is just spectacular! The camp was founded in 1951 and now includes lodges, worship centers, a pool, and spacious dining hall with a trained chef.

When you see this peaceful lake you will know you are almost there. In the meantime you can hear more about it this Sunday at 10 am. Wear your favorite camp shirt and expect to be inspired.
