CHATSWORTH, CA — There's no better way to honor the spirit of Memorial Day than to celebrate with actual veterans. The VFW Post 2323 in Chatsworth is hosting a Memorial Day festival at 17522 Chatsworth Street from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. It will feature music, free burgers, chili dogs, a corn hole tournament, silent auction, and Color Guard presentation. Operation Gratitude, a Chatsworth nonprofit dedicated to helping veterans, first responders, and their families, will hold a collection drive to fill care package for first responders and the military.
