This may very well be the most unusual listing ever on real estate website Zillow. It’s a boat that sleeps two that’s docked at Oceanside Harbour. Asking price is $24,899. So, for the price of a new car, you can have the boat you’ve always wanted plus a roof over your head. Huh.

It’s a Sea Ray 260 Sundancer. Sleeping accommodations are cozy.
