Fire Reported Near Pankey Road and Route 76 East Of Oceanside

OCEANSIDE, CA — A brush fire sparked by down powerlines was reported at 1:37 pm by the North County Fire Protection District at the intersection of California 76 and Pankey Road in Fallbrook.
