North County Health Services Unveils Fresh, Clean New Look

NCHS launches new website as part of organization's re-branding efforts.

The North County Health Services (NCHS) website has received a makeover, and North County residents are invited to check out the new look.

As part of the organization's re-branding during the past year, NCHS launched the new website on May 3. The re-branding efforts from the newly established communications department aim to bring attention to the quality of care the community health clinic provides as well as bring a fresh, clean look that is easier for patients to navigate.

“As a community health center, we want people to know we are quality being ranked as one of the top health centers in San Diego County, and our website needed to reflect this," Director of Communications Amy Ventetuolo said. "With new functionality including Spanish bilingual capabilities, a mobile-responsive version and new look and feel, we are pleased to share it with our community and hope it will serve as a go-to resource.”

The website is the latest in the process to re-brand NCHS after redesigning the logo and creating marketing materials with the new look. Ventetuolo said she hopes the re-branding will reflect the care patients can expect to receive.

“We have undergone a re-brand to show North County who NCHS really is," Ventetuolo said. "We need to communicate clearly that we are quality, affordable and that the community can count on us.”
