Oceanside Area COVID-19 Emergency Rental Assistance Extended
SD County extended the application deadline for households impacted by COVID for rent or utility payments. Oceanside residents are eligible.
OCEANSIDE, CA — Emergency rent and utility assistance is available for Oceanside residents who have been financially impacted by COVID-19 and are behind on rent or utility payments.
The County’s Emergency Rent and Utilities Assistance Program (ERAP) application period has been extended. Applications will be accepted until funds are no longer available. Tenants and landlords throughout the region can visit www.ERAPsandiego.org for information and to apply.
