OCEANSIDE, CA — Oceanside Police report a power outage in the area of Rancho Del Oro and Glaser due to a traffic collision.

According to SDG&E the power outage start time was on May 02 at 01:28 AM. The estimated restoration of power is on May 02 at 01:00 PM.
