OCEANSIDE, CA — Hyatt Hotel is currently seeking a Pasta Sous Chef to join their team. This position is for a location in Oceanside at the new beachfront hotels opening in May.

The Pasta Chef/Pasta Sous Chef reports directly to the Executive Chef. Oversees the production of required supply of specialty pasta. Schedules Staff and ensures food quality. Supervises and trains staff in production of freshly made pasta. Typically requires specialized advanced pasta training or education. View more or apply online.
