POLL: What Do You Think of the Haditha Trial Plea Deal?

Opinion is split over the plea agreement announced Monday in the trial of Staff Sgt. Frank Wuterich. Weigh in and take our poll.

Staff Sgt. Frank Wuterich to dereliction of duty by negligence in the 2005 deaths of 24 Iraqi civilians in Haditha.

Wuterich faces the possibility of up to three months in confinement, reduction to the lowest grade of military pay and two-thirds pay while in confinement for involvement in the deaths.

He could have received 152 years of jail time for manslaughter charges.

His trial was the last for the Marines who faced charges in connection with the killings. Seven other Marines were cleared.
