Report: San Diego Marine Won't Receive Medal of Honor

Rep. Duncan Hunter said a Marine who died in 2004 won't receive a posthumous Medal of Honor, according to a U-T San Diego report.
San Diego Marine Sgt. Rafael Peralta died in Iraq on Nov. 15, 2004. His colleagues say "he swept an insurgent grenade to his body, saving their lives," according to the newspaper.
