Ruby's Diner​ Closes At Oceanside Pier

The restaurant chain announced ​the Oceanside and Huntington Beach​ locations were closing after nearly 30 years.

OCEANSIDE, CA — Ruby's Diner has closed its doors at the Oceanside Pier.

The company announced Friday the Oceanside and Huntington Beach locations were closing after nearly 30 years.

"We are deeply saddened to be closing our doors, but we are so thankful for all the wonderful memories that were shared over the years at the end of these two iconic piers," the restaurant chain said on Facebook.

"To the HB and Oceanside community, thank you so much for your unwavering support since we first opened our doors. It's been such a pleasure to serve you over the years."

In a follow-up post on Facebook, the company clarified that its other locations would remain open, including the original location that opened in 1982 at Balboa Pier. In San Diego County, there is one location at 5630 Paseo Del Norte, Suite 130 D, Carlsbad.
