Search Warrant Accuses Marine of Pushing Pain Pills

NBCSanDiego reports that a search warrant accuses a Camp Pendleton Marine of stealing a doctor's identity and selling pain killers.

A search warrant accuses a Camp Pendleton Marine of using a doctor's identity to obtain and illegally sell prescription painkiller medications such as Vicodin and OxyContin, according to the news station NBDSanDiego.

According to the warrant, the accused was calling in hundreds of medications at various North County Rite-Aid pharmacies.

NBCSanDiego is withholding the identity of the accused Marine because the station is unsure if he has been arrested as a result of the search warrant.
