Suspected Bank Robber Scheduled for Arraignment
A Oceanside man is suspected of robbing a local bank.

A man arrested on suspicion of robbing a bank in Oceanside was scheduled to be arraigned at the Vista courthouse today.
Herbert Paquette, 41, of Oceanside was arrested Tuesday and booked into the Vista jail on suspicion of one count of felony robbery, according to jail records.
Paquette allegedly used a demand note to steal an undisclosed amount of cash at the Chase branch office in the 4100 block of Oceanside Boulevard on the afternoon of Nov. 30.

Surveillance photos and physical evidence left at the crime scene led investigators to identify Paquette as the suspected bandit, Oceanside police Lt. Aaron Doyle said.
Paquette was being held on $100,000 bail pending arraignment.
