Tri-City Healthcare Ends Deal with Acquisition Company, Agrees to Pay $5M

The health care district will pay Medical Acquisition Company, according to a report.

Tri-City Healthcare District chose to cancel a contract with Medical Acquisition Company involving the construction of an office building, according to the North County Times.

The health care district will pay "at least $5 million to assume ownership" of the building, according to the newspaper.
