Union-Tribune: Profile of the Marine Corps Mechanized Museum

The San Diego newspaper went aboard Camp Pendleton to show us a glimpse of this warehouse containing 60 military vehicles.

If you haven't had a chance to see the the Marine Corps Mechanized Museum aboard Camp Pendleton and you consider yourself a fan of Marine Corps history, then fret not.

The San Diego Union-Tribune has written about the museum and its origins, dating back to 1999.

Master Gunnery Sgt. James King won a M274 A5 Mechanical Mule from a friend a year earlier and started growing the collection from there, the Union-Tribune reported.
