WRC Magical Evening Gala To Benefit Victims of Domestic Violence

OCEANSIDE, CA - The annual WRC "Magical Evening" fundraiser will be held Friday, September 14 from 6pm - 9pm, at the beautiful Agua Hedionda Discovery Center in Carlsbad. For over 30 years, Magical Evening has been the highlight of fundraising for WRC. Each September around 150 guests from all over Southern California gather for an enchanted evening where spirits abound. As in, local beer, wine, and spirits which are paired nicely with small tastings providing by local restaurants and caterers.

Guests will be charmed and left spellbound by the stories of courage, strength, and healing that are made possible through the support of the community. A silent and live auction will add to the fun as guests compete for the highest bid on the most popular items. This year the competition will be fierce with one-of-a-kind Live Auction items like:

- Musical Musings with Oceanside Mayor Peter Weiss will provide live entertainment for you and your friends

- VIP wine tasting experience for 4 at the recently opened Gen7 wine room in the Vista Collina Resort in Napa Valley
