It's Wednesday! mid-week! and another glorious morning to you in Orange County. Here's a quick news brief to get you up to date.
Did you wake up early enough—and were the skies clear enough— to see the Super Flower Blood Moon in the wee hours of Wednesday morning? Though it's a long name, the "flower moon" means that the full moon appears in May, however it was quite cool to witness. The Super Flower Blood Moon: Lunar Eclipse was the biggest and brightest of 2021.
A community continues to mourn 6-year-old Aiden Leos, shot to death during a road-rage incident on the 55 Freeway. Orange County Supervisors have added to the reward money leading to arrest and conviction, amounting now at $150,000.

A warming trend continues Wednesday with highs of 75 degrees and lows of 61.
On Wednesday, high tide will be at 10:32 a.m at 4.1 feet, and low tide will be at 3:24 p.m. at 1.57 feet. A second high tide will be at 9:41 p.m. at 6.86 feet.
Sunrise is at 5:45 a.m. and the sun will set at 7:55 p.m.
