Doughnut Shop Robber Sought In Santa Ana: Most Wanted
Santa Ana police are seeking the identity of a suspect sought after a wallet and bike was stolen at Santa Ana's Donut Star on Grand Avenue.

SANTA ANA, CA — Santa Ana police Wednesday asked the public for help in locating a man suspected of stealing a wallet at a doughnut store one month ago and attacking the victim who wanted it back.
The robbery occurred about 9:30 p.m. June 12 at the Donut Star, 404 N. Grand Ave., police said.
The unidentified victim made a purchase and placed his wallet on the counter when the suspect grabbed the wallet and ran away with it, police say.

The victim chased the suspect and caught him a short distance away and the suspect physically assaulted him, police said.
The suspect made a purchase shortly after the robbery and was captured by surveillance video.

He is described as Hispanic, 35 to 45-years-old, 5 feet 9 to 5 feet 11 inches tall, 165 to 180 pounds, with a medium complexion and shaved head. He was riding a white bicycle.
