OC Clerk-Recorder Extends Hours For Valentine's Day
The Orange County Clerk-Recorder Dept. will be open until 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 14 for marriage licenses and civil marriage ceremonies.

OC Clerk-Recorder Valentine's Day Extended Hours
This Valentine’s Day, for the 5th year in a row, Clerk-Recorder Hugh Nguyen will be hosting extended Valentine’s Day hours at the department’s Anaheim, Laguna Hills and Santa Ana locations. The offices will be staying open until 5:30 p.m. to ensure that busy couples get the opportunity to obtain their marriage license and even get married on the spot.
