UnitedHealthcare Raises Awareness for Children with Special Needs

Employees from UnitedHealthcare recently sponsored and participated in the kickoff event for the Speech and Language Development Center’s annual "Walk Your Way" campaign. Located in Buena Park, LDC is a non-profit school and therapy center for children and adults with special needs. They provide services from pre-school at 6 months through high school and transition at 21 years of age. Funds raised at the annual Walk Your Way, which will be held on March 17 at Knott’s Berry Farm, will help support services and therapies for children with special needs at the school.
