Caltrain Strikes Empty Car on Tracks in San Bruno

Chris Zhang wrote, "Leave an empty car on the train tracks at rush hour. .. sounds like an intentional act (insurance fraud? Practical joke? ) Not only do they inconvenience thousands of people, they discourage many more from using public transit. They should be thoroughly investigated, and if guilty, punished to the maximum extent of law."

Michael Craig wrote, "I will change my own name to SugarDaddie.com for 10 years so I can send my child to Stanford and retire comfortably. Seriously though, Why not offer the $12 Million to a city like Vallejo that declared Bankruptcy?"
