Arnold Schwarzenegger's Former Palisades Home Sells for $12.9M

The Mediterranean style Pacific Palisades home formerly of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver, and the place of the politician's affair with his housekeeper, at 14209 Evans Road has sold for $12.9 million, reports AOL Real Estate.

Sitting on 2.5 acres, the estate contains nine bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms. It also has direct access to Will Rogers State Park.

Schwarzenegger and Shriver lived in the home from 1986 to 2003,  according to Forbes and Zillow. The two also purchased a home in Brentwood to which they still own today. In April neighbors were complaining Shriver wouldn't take the Christmas lights down.
