There's been talk of mountain lions and bobcats, but the latest animal sighting in Santa Monica appears to be that of a coyote. A reader submitted the following video to Patch. The California Department of Fish and Game offers the following advice if you happen to see a coyote: <ul><li>Do not run.</li><li>Face the animal, make noise and try to look bigger by waving your arms.</li><li>If necessary, throw rocks or other objects at the coyote to scare it away.</li><li>If attacked, fight back.</li></ul>  Have you seen coyotes in the area?
