Dennis Quaid Sells One Home, Buys Another in Pacific Palisades

Dennis Quaid and his estranged wife Kimberly, just sold their $3.1 million Palisades home.

Now, Quaid (via a trust) has bought another home in the area. His latest acquisition is a $5.1 million home that boasts   6,114 sq. feet, with six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, according to The Real Estalker.
