Dr. Dre's Home Targeted In Burglary While He Is Hospitalized
Four burglars attempted to steal items from his Brentwood home, but nothing was taken.

BRENTWOOD, CA — While Dr. Dre recovers from a brain aneurysm at Cedar-Sinai hospital, burglars reportedly attempted to steal items from his Brentwood home overnight. Officers were called to the 12700 block of Chalon Road around 10 p.m. Tuesday night, and arrested four suspects after a short chase according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Multiple outlets reported the home in question belonged to Dr. Dre, although LAPD would not confirm house's owner.
According to TMZ, four men were on Dr. Dre's property when guards spotted them as they were "casing the house." Security confronted them and called the police before they could get to the main building, and the men fled the scene without taking anything.

Meanwhile, Dr. Dre expects to leave the hospital soon, after posting an encouraging message on Instagram Tuesday night.
"Thanks to my family, friends and fans for their interest and well wishes," he said. "I'm doing great and getting excellent care from my medical team. I will be out of the hospital and back home soon. Shout out to all the great medical professionals at Cedars. One Love!!"

The mogul born Andre Young suffered the aneurysm on Monday, and was taken to an ICU at Cedars-Sinai on Monday. TMZ reported Dr. Dre was in stable condition, with doctors performing several tests to determine the cause of the bleeding.
Notable celebrities such as Ice Cube and LeBron James expressed their support on social media, while other personalities such as LL Cool J and DJ Pooh suggested the 55-year-old Young was well on his way to recovery.
