It's the first official planting day in the Native Plant Garden at Temescal Canyon Park.
Volunteers will be there from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. and a dedication ceremony will begin at 11 a.m.
Day-of voluteers are always welcome. Come anytime between 9 a.m.-4 p.m. You may bring gardening gloves and small tools you wish, but the group will have items on hand to lend you as well.
