Palisadian Kane Phelps will be leading a talk titled “Stressbusting Strategies for Caretakers on Saturday, May 5 at 2 p.m. at the Palisades Branch Library.
Caretakers of parents, relatives, adult children and children will learn dynamic and effective stress reduction techniques.
Kane worked for 26 years as a social worker for the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services.
