Larry David Drops Price of Palisades Home By More Than $2 Million

‘Curb Your Enthusiasm’ creator and actor Larry David’s tudor-style home on Vance Avenue may have seemed out of reach when it was listed in March this year. The 7 bedroom, 10 bathroom estate was listed for a cool $14,999. However, with no buyers in the last six months, he’s now dropped the price to a mere $12,995.

So what does almost $13 million buy you in the Palisades these days? Almost 10,000 square feet including an office, gym, pool and ocean views. There’s also a separate guesthouse if you have to have guests but don’t want them meandering through your main pad.
