Pali Fourth of July Tickets On Sale Sunday
Think it's too early to start planning for the July Fourth celebration? Think again!

Even though the Fourth of July is a few months away, the Palisades Americanism Parade Association, or PAPA, is already marching into action. The organization beefed up its website and started sending out newsletter updates … all in time for tickets to go on sale this Sunday!
Information about VIP parade tickets, concert tickets and opportunities to sponsor the event are live on the PAPA website. According to the PAPA newsletter, you'll be able to purchase tickets on the site starting April 15.
Of course, PAPA is also looking for volunteers and parade applications. So, whether you're looking to help coordinate traffic or would like to try your hand at building a float, there is a chance for you to get involved!

PAPA revealed this year's parade theme at the end of March. The committee selected Palisadian Christine Borland's slogan "Home is Pacific Palisades on 4th of July." She was chosen from nearly 48 submissions this year, according to the PAPA newsletter.
The organization also announced the Grand Marshall for this year's parade. According to the PAPA newsletter, television and film actor Jerry Mathers will preside. Mathers is well known for his role as Theodore "Beaver" Cleaver in the television show Leave It to Beaver.
