Palisades Community Council To Discuss Vaccines, Housing Density
The Zoom meeting will start at 5:30 p.m. on January 28.
PACIFIC PALISADES, CA — With vaccine distribution beginning to ramp up across Los Angeles, Pacific Palisades Community Council will be joined by a County Field Deputy to provide updates on availability. Zac Gaidzik, West/Metro L.A. Field Deputy for Supervisor Sheila Kuehl, will attend the PPCC meeting to discuss vaccines and other issues related to the pandemic.
PPCC will also discuss two bills related to housing density that were recently introduced to the State Senate.
Senate Bill 9 would make it easier for duplexes to be built within single-family residential zones. Senate Bill 10 would allow local governments to zone any parcel of land for up to 10 units, if the parcel is in a "transit-rich," "jobs-rich," or an urban infill site.
