PPCC To Discuss PCH At Chautauqua Intersection Changes Thursday
City officials will discuss possible changes to two problematic intersections involving Chautauqua Boulevard.
PACIFIC PALISADES, CA — Two problematic intersections in Pacific Palisades will be the focus of Thursday's Pacific Palisades Community Council Meeting. The committee will discuss possible changes to the Chautauqua Boulevard, Entrada Drive and PCH intersection, and the Chautauqua Boulevard and Sunset Boulevard intersection.
LADOT Senior Transportation Engineer Tim Fremaux and CD11 Transportation Director Eric Bruins will join the call to share information on potential improvements.
The complicated intersections have long been a point of contention in the Palisades. In a 2012 poll, 80% of Patch readers named PCH at Chautauqua the worst intersection in the community.

Also this Wednesday, the Three Chairs Committee will announce the Area and At-Large alternate representative nominations.
Finally, the board will discuss recent City Council motions regarding Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zones, evacuation routes, construction and zoning matters.
