Rams' Sean McVay Named LA's Coach Of The year
Rams Coach Sean McVay, the NFL's youngest coach, helped turn around the franchise earning him Coach of the Year from the LA Sports Council.

LOS ANGELES, CA — After leading the Rams into the NFL playoffs, head coach Sean McVay was named Thursday the 2017 Coach of the Year by the Los Angeles Sports Council.
At age 30, McVay was the youngest person ever hired as an NFL head coach when he was awarded the job last year. In his rookie season as head coach, the Rams' record improved from 4-12 to 11-5, earning them a division title. The team will host the Atlanta Falcons Saturday in the first round of the NFL playoffs.
McVay will be honored during the 13th annual L.A. Sports Awards on Feb. 6 at the Beverly Hilton.
