Rihanna Buys $12M Caribbean Style Villa in Pacific Palisades
The Barbados native cashed in on the pad after selling her leaky home in Beverly Hills for reportedly $5 million.
Pop singer Rihanna is calling a $12 million, 11,000-square-foot pad with a Caribbean villa feel in Pacific Palisades her new home, according to TMZ. She sold her leaky mansion in Beverly Hills.
The Palisades home has an elevated pool area, complete with a spa, sundeck, barbecue and bar. There’s another sundeck on the top floor and a separate 6,000-square-foot yard nearby. The home exudes a strong modern-Caribbean influence, offering simple architecture and sleek finishes, with a slight twist, according to real estate website Trulia.
