Ronald Reagan's Palisades Pad Sells for More Than $5M

In case you missed it, the pre-presidential Pacific Palisades home of Ronald Reagan sold for more than its asking price of $4.9 million, according to Redfin. It reportedly went for $5.21 million.

The ranch is located at 1669 San Onofre Dr., situated in the best part of the prestigious Palisades Riviera and providing panoramic views from the Pacific Ocean to the Getty Center.

The home is highlighted by large outdoor spaces, including a sunny, indoor courtyard, pool and patio and grassy area and gardens. Its open living spaces are oriented to show views encompassing ocean vistas and city lights.

It was reported as Reagan's last home before moving into the White House.
