The 15th season of Santa Monica Rugby’s youth rugby program has just begun – and boys and girls 14 and under (the birthday cut offs are 9.1.17) are invited to play. There is no tackling through age eight and the teams are co-ed until age 13 League play commences in January and goes through March for U8 & U10 & U12 teams, and through April/May for age grades U14 and above.
Newcomers are always welcome. Safety and fun are the top priorities as our certified coaching staff teach individual skills and team tactics. Training is usually two evenings a week and takes place in Santa Monica at either Penmar Park or Santa Monica High School..
