The eight-bedroom, 13-bathroom 1471 San Remo Dr., touted as a hotel, sold for $17,500 million and the seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom 500 Chautauqua Blvd., with one of the "sexiest" pools and spas, sold for $15.35 million.
