Tiger Woods' Team Wins Celebrity Cup in Pacific Palisades

PACIFIC PALISADES, CA -- The team captained by Tiger Woods defeated the team captained by Fred Couples, 18.5-11.5, today in the Genesis Open's inaugural Celebrity Cup at The Riviera Country Club.

Team Woods for the four-ball net better ball match-play event on Riviera's closing nine holes consisted of actor Mark Wahlberg, musician Kid Rock, singer Nick Jonas, Pro Football Hall of Fame member Jerry Rice, Arizona Cardinals star receiver Larry Fitzgerald and social media personality Paige Spiranac.

Team Couples consisted of actors Chris Pratt, Luke Wilson and Oliver Hudson, former Heisman Trophy winner Reggie Bush, "The Bachelor'' host Chris Harrison and talk show host Carson Daly.

The Riviera Country Club is closed to the public on Tuesday. The pro-am will be held Wednesday, with Tiger Woods beginning play at 6:40 a.m. Tickets are $25 in advance, $35 at the box office.

Tournament play starts Thursday, with ticket prices beginning at $55 in advance and $65 at the box office.
