West Los Angeles Detectives Announce Arrest Of Vandalism Suspect

Los Angeles: Los Angeles Police Department West Los Angeles Patrol Division have arrested an individual in connection with a series of recent vandalisms.

Jon Knight Prince began the crime spree on May 26th of 2021, with the last known incident occurring June 2, 2021. The suspect was responsible for 13 separate vandalisms occurring in the areas of the 1300 to 1700 block of Westwood Boulevard and the 9200 to 9400 block of Pico Boulevard. The vandalisms involved building windows which were damaged by bricks, rocks or hard objects thrown by the suspect.

Detectives were able to connect the incidents by proximity and video evidence. On Thursday June 3, 2021, at 0045 hours Jon Knight Prince was arrested and booked for felony vandalism with consideration for the multiple crimes committed and prior convictions as well as an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.

Jon Knight Prince is currently being held on $325.000.00 bail. This case will be presented to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office for filing consideration.
