Whoopi Goldberg's Longtime Palisades Estate Back On The Market

The Pacific Palisades mansion has celebrity pedigree, and it returned to the market just months after Whoopi Goldberg sold it.

PACIFIC PALISADES, CA — Less than a year after Whoopi Goldberg sold her longtime Pacific Palisades home for $8.8 million, it's back on the market for $9,595,000. The 1933 mansion may be in need of some updates, but it has one thing money just can't buy: pedigree.

Whoopi Goldberg, one of the few actors to ever win a an Oscar, Emmy, Grammy, and Tony bought the home in 1993 for $2.5 million. "The View" star sold the home in February to move to the East Coast.

Goldberg isn't the first big star to appreciate the 1933 home's historic harm. Before her, Oscar winner David Niven, of "Around the World in 80 Days" and "The Pink Panther" fame, previously owned the unique home situated on the coveted Amalfi Drive, bordering Will Rogers State Historic Park.
