If he’s right, an avalanche of $4 million is about to flow into Tony Robbin’s bank account. The motivational speaker and author has listed his La Quinta home for sale.

His Amazon bio reads:

If you’d like to have some of that magic rub off on you, this home could do the trick.

Realtor.com reports that the resort-area home overlooks the seventh hole of a golf course. So,of course, this home features its own putting green to brush up before hitting the links.

It also has its own pool, wine cellar, master suite getaway, and the perfect office for writing best sellers.

Robbins is asking $3,995,000 for the property.
